J.W. KIM
President & CEO
J.W. leads all management and operational aspects of Eugenus, providing vision and leadership to help to grow and develop the company. Prior to his role at Eugenus, he was Executive Vice President at SK Hynix for 27 years, and was responsible for DRAM, NAND process, and NAND development. 


J.W. received his BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Seoul National University and obtained his Material Engineering PhD from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
SHERRY CHAPMAN
Senior Director, Human Resources
As Head of People and Culture, Sherry supports employee engagement and leadership development to create a workplace environment where employees love their roles and feel challenged. Sherry’s strategic global HR leadership roles span 15 years, both as a consultant and executive leader, working with high tech companies Tibco, Zoran, and others.

Sherry has a BA from Washington State University and an MS from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Chairman of the Board
Peter leads the Eugene Technology and Eugenus organizations as Chairman of the Board. Peter founded Eugene Technology and built it into a leading semiconductor equipment company. Peter brings a wealth of experience to Eugenus, with the vision to grow the company from a key semiconductor equipment innovator in Silicon Valley to a global industry leader.
HARRY SUH
Advisory Board Member
Harry is a seasoned industry executive with over 40 years of experience in the semiconductor market. His significant contributions led him to be awarded the prestigious Korea Presidential Medal of Merits for Contribution to Korea Semi Industry in 2019. His most recent roles at Lam Research included Sr. Advisor, Regional Vice President of Korea & Group Vice President, Legal Representative, and Chairman of Lam Research Korea LLC & Lam Manufacturing Korea. Harry received his BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
PETER SCHWARTZ
Advisory Board Member
Peter is the CEO and co-founder of Eclair Medical Systems. A technology executive in Silicon Valley, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in company building and scaling startups. Peter has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.

CURT VASS
Chief Business Officer
Curt leads our Global Sales, Marketing, and Field Service organizations. Curt has an extensive background in leading sales, marketing, and growth strategies across technical organizations. He has successfully introduced multiple new hardware, software, and service products in advanced logic, DRAM, and 3D NAND taking them into high-volume manufacturing.

His professional experience includes leadership roles at Applied Materials, KLA, and Lam Research.

Curt earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his MS in Applied Mechanics from Stanford University.  He continues to be a coach and mentor to high-technology startups in Silicon Valley.
TEJINDER SINGH
Chief Technology Officer
Tejinder leads Eugenus’s technology development and productization teams. He has over 15 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry and has held leadership positions at Applied Materials, Samsung Electronics, and Intel Corporation. He holds numerous published patents and scientific publications.

He earned his MBA from the Wharton School as the top-ranked student in his class and was featured as the Best & Brightest Executive MBAs of 2023. Tejinder earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and his B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
PAUL LEE
Chief Legal and Administrative Officer
Paul leads the legal, regulatory, and administrative functions at Eugenus. Paul’s professional experience includes leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Korea, Ticket Monster (a former Groupon affiliate), and Gmarket, where he helped lead the company’s successful NASDAQ IPO and subsequent acquisition by eBay via tender offer. Prior to joining Eugenus, Paul served as Associate General Counsel at Romeo Power (formerly NYSE: RMO), which was subsequently acquired by Nikola Corporation via exchange offer.
  
Paul is a member of the State Bar of California and earned his BA in Political Science from Columbia University and his JD from Columbia Law School.
